A bit about us.

Brand building is our passion. We can help you build a new brand from the ground up, overhaul an existing one, and help you pivot into new products or markets when the time is right.

We think, dream, brainstorm, ideate, plan, strategize, design, (you get the idea)...brands! From startups, to established corporations, to legacy businesses ready to transition to a new culture and market, we are here to help. Brand development comes from within, as internal drivers and DNA...that’s what creates the ‘secret’ for brands to stand out and set themselves apart.

We’ve helped clients take ideas from conception to naming, to design, and launch. We’ve also helped many clients pivot existing brands into new markets, focus on new audiences, transition a rebrand when necessary, and discover new messaging that connects in fresh ways.   • Mindful branding is intentional, and understands that we sell feeling, emotion and connection, more than products and solutions. Brands that win, begin with the end in mind, and understand the nuance of various contexts and audiences.

  • Strategy informs marketing and sales, and helps determine the methods to reach various audiences and goals. Tactics and methods may often change, but the strategy informs the methods, and keeps decisions focused.

Matt Shepperd founded Telegram Agency in 2010 as a catalyst to creatively power the non-profit startups he was a part of developing and leading. Wanting to create a different type of agency model, Matt continues to strategically curate teams of creatives and experts for each client’s project needs. Matt functions as Telegram Agency’s Lead Strategist and oversees all Creative Direction, Strategy and Client Success. Outside of Telegram, he’s helped launch numerous non-profits and small businesses and is currently building a couple of start-ups alongside his family. When he’s not spending time with his wife Tracey, or his 3 amazing sons, he’s probably eating chips and queso, listening to Tyler Childers, and dreaming about old Ford trucks.
